Define the system settings for NCPDP functionality at the Sub System Code level.

Set up Settings

  1. In the System Code Facility ID field, select the facility ID. The selections in this field are pulled from the System Code Definition form.
  2. In the Pharmacy NPI Number field, enter the National Provider Identifier to use when converting the claim information into the NCPDP biling format.
  3. In the CMS Part D Qualified Facility field, select whether or not the facility qualifies for the CMS Part D benefit. 
  4. In the Prescription Origin Code field, select the value to populate within the 419-DJ segment of the NCPDP file.
  5. Click Submit to file these system settings. 

Remove Settings

  1. In the System Code Facility ID field, select the facility ID.
  2. Click Delete to remove these system settings.
