Calculation Table Section - PM

Manage slide fee scale calculations.

Add a Row

  1. Click the Add New Item button.

  2. In the Income fields, enter the income range for the new level. Enter the lower value in the From field, and the higher value in the To field.

  3. In the Dependents fields, enter the dollar limit or percentage of coverage that will be applied for each number of dependents.

Edit a Row

  1. Select a row from the Sliding Fee Scale table.

  2. Click Edit Selected Item.

  3. Make the desired changes to the Income and Dependents fields as in the Adding a Row section above.

Delete a Row

  1. Select a row from the Sliding Fee Scale table.

  2. Click Delete Selected Item.
