Set up observation default time duration

The observation interval in Observer is set at the organization level. The interval period for observations can be 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. 

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > CWS Utilities > Set System Defaults. 
2. Select Observation Settings. 
3. In the Observations Default Time Duration field, specify how frequently the observation records are to be collected during the day.
4. Select Submit.
