Set up observation order codes
The observation order information that appears in Observer NX requires that observation order code(s) be associated with an order type assigned to the observations order type category.
Prerequisites:
- Set up observation order types
- Set up observation order reason codes
- Go to: Avatar CWS > Order Entry > Order Entry System Definitions > Order Code Setup.
- Select the Order Type that was assigned the observations order type category for an observation order code.
- Choose the Standard/Preferred Reason Codes for the observation order code.
- Select Save.
