Financial Eligibility Change Report

Generate a report detailing the changes made within the Financial Eligibility form.

Prerequisites:


  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Data Trail > Client Management Reports > Financial Eligibility Change Report
  2. The Start and End Date fields filter the report to include only the data that was collected for Cross Episode Financial Eligibility during this range of dates.
  3. In the Audit Actions field, check the boxes to include the data related to each action in the report.
  4. Select Launch Report.

Note: You may see multiple entries for the same date and time. This is because the report will display a separate line item for each guarantor that could have been viewed when a client's Financial Eligibility record was accessed. This allows you to run SQL queries on a particular guarantor or plan.
