Financial Eligibility Change Report
Generate a report detailing the changes made within the Financial Eligibility form.
Prerequisites:
- The Financial Eligibility form must be set up for auditing in the Data Trail Configuration form.

Go to: Avatar PM > Data Trail > Client Management Reports > Financial Eligibility Change Report - The Start and End Date fields filter the report to include only the data that was collected for Cross Episode Financial Eligibility during this range of dates.
- In the Audit Actions field, check the boxes to include the data related to each action in the report.
- Select Launch Report.
Example

Note: You may see multiple entries for the same date and time. This is because the report will display a separate line item for each guarantor that could have been viewed when a client's Financial Eligibility record was accessed. This allows you to run SQL queries on a particular guarantor or plan.
