Data Trail is a free module for any myAvatar PM, or myAvatar Cal-PM system.

Installation

To obtain the Data Trail module for your system, open a support case in NetsmartCONNECT.

You will be directed to sign the provided Data Trail Release form.

Upon confirmation, you will receive an installation file and license key for your system.

Updates

Pre-Requisites

The following updates are pre-requisites for Data Trail installation:

  • Avatar PM 2015 Update 32
  • Avatar Cal-PM 2015 Update 114
  • Avatar CWS 2014 Update 23

 Data Trail Updates

Netsmart is committed to the ongoing support of myAvatar Data Trail.

Updates created to enhance functionality, and/or to resolve issues will be posted to the Netsmart Product Update Portal. 

Upon installing all Data Trail updates, remember to grant access to the new forms in User Definition/User Role Definition.

Additional Requirements

To fully support the functionality of myAvatar Data Trail, it is necessary for your system to have:

  • Crystal Reports
  • SQL Based Data Base browsing software supporting Cache ODBC connections
