Additional Clinical Pathway Configuration (if needed)

A benefit of Clinical Pathways is that agencies can enroll clients from various user-modeled assessments allowing flexibility for organizations to utilize this functionality on the assessments that they use. Adding Clinical Pathway enrollment onto user-modeled assessments is valuable for clinicians/users that would like to set patient alerts based on specific assessments. Below are the instructions on how to add the fields.

 

Table Definition

After adding these fields to Table Definition of the desired form, these fields would then need to be added to the Form Definition in an appropriate place.
