Clinical Pathway Installation Process

This section outlines the updates needed for the clinical pathways functionality.  For self-hosted clients, you will need to update to myAvatar 2020 prior to installing the individual updates. These can be downloaded from the following address: https://portal.ntst.com/login.php. For hosted clients, these updates can be requested through Netsmart support.

  1. Request/download the following updates and install them in this order.

·         RADplus 2020 Update 1

·         Avatar Appointment Scheduling 2020 Update 1

·         Avatar CareFabric 2020 Update 1

·         Avatar CWS 2020 Update 1

·         Avatar eMAR 2020 Update 1

 

The clinical pathways functionality is included in the following updates.

·         Avatar RADplus 2020 Update 26

·         Avatar Appointment Scheduling 2020 Update 8

·         Avatar CareFabric 2020 Update 23

·         Avatar CWS 2020 Update 16.1, Update 45, 51, 52

·         Avatar eMAR 2020 Update 4

·         RADplus Client Update 2020.01.00.build-2353
