Optional configuration

Currently, the two product assessments are named Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment and Columbia SRA Since Last Visit. These can be renamed using Edit Form to Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale or CSSRS. For 'Columbia SRA Since Last Visit' this could be changed to 'CSSRS Since Last Visit' which are titles that clinicians would recognize.

Clinical Pathway Definition

Clinical Pathway Definition will be used by system administrators to set up the various pathways your agencies want to enroll clients/patients. This definition will also allow for agencies to edit existing clinical pathways or create new ones, determine if alerts should happen upon accessing the client, select the appointment status to alert, assign font color changes to the client name in ‘My Clients’, and assign icons to appear in the client banner.

Field Name Field Definition
Create New or Edit Existing This field determines if you are adding a new pathway or editing an existing pathway.
Pathways List When 'Edit Existing' is selected in the previous field, this field will become enabled and required. It will be a dropdown of a;; previously added pathways.
Pathways ID This field is an ID that will be associated to the pathway and can be a numeric or alpha value.
Pathways Name User-defined field for agencies to define the pathway.
Alert When Client is Accessed? If 'Yes' is selected, an alert will be populated whenever the client who is enrolled in the pathway is accessed. If 'No' is selected, no alert will be seen when client is accessed.
Appointment Status to Alert This field will display the appointment status dictionary values set in PM > Client > Appointment Status (10005). The agency can select multiple dictionary values. When selected, a CareGuidance Alert will be sent to caseload practitioners assigned in Set System Defaults (CWS) indicatring the patient's appointment status has changed.
Pathway's Color Enter a hex color value in this field that would change the font of the patients name in the myClients widget, Client Info Banner, eMAR and Scheduling Calendar to provide better visibility. A hex value is a 6 digit code made up of alpha and numberic values that identify a specific color (i.e.: ‘#0000ff’ represents blue). An example website to use is   https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp.
Import Icon Import icons to be seen in the client banner. Supported formats are .png. Additional configuration is needed in Client Lookup/Header Configuration to determine the place and position of the icon. Up to five icons related to Clinical Pathways will display. It is recommended to choose colors that will reflect well on top of the dark blue client banner when importing icons. Agencies can use an icon of choice but a website for use could be https://www.iconsdb.com/. This website allows you to choose the color of the icon which could also match the text color of the pathway. Recommend using 48x48 or 64x64 for size. Another free resource is https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery.
