System Maintenance - Revenue Code Definition - Cal-PM

Manage myAvatar revenue codes. This form works with the UB-92 Revenue Code field in the Service Codes form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > System Definition
  2. In the Add New or Edit Existing field:
  • Select Add to add a new revenue code.
  • Select Edit to edit an existing revenue code.
  1. In the Code field, enter the revenue code.
  2. In the Revenue Code field, enter the revenue code, select the Search button, and the corresponding entry.
    Note: When entering a revenue code number, enter the full code.
  3. In the Definition field, enter the revenue code description.
  4. Select File Revenue Code.
  5. If appropriate, select Delete.
    Result: The revenue code is removed from myAvatar.

Optional: Select Print Revenue Codes to generate the Revenue Code Listing report, which details all myAvatar revenue code information.
