Delete OSHPD Submitted File(s) - Cal-PM

Delete Office of Statewide Health and Planning (OSHPD) electronic submission files submitted in the OSHPD Submission form. 
Note: This allows another file with the same from date and through date to be compiled.

Prerequisite:

  • An OSHPD file must be submitted through the OSHPD Submission form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > California Required EDI > Delete OSHPD Submitted File(s)
  2. In the From Date field, enter the earliest date submitted file date.
  3. In the Through Date field, enter the last submitted file date.
  4. In the Select File(s) For Deletion field, select the submitted OSHPD files.
  5. Select Submit.
