Delete CSI Submitted File(s) - Cal-PM

Delete the last Client Services Information System (CSI) electronic submission file submitted in the CSI Submission form.

Deleting a submitted CSI file allows another file to be compiled that has the same from date and through date.
Note: Contact a Netsmart representative before deleting a previously compiled file.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > California Required EDI > Delete CSI Submitted File(s)

  2. The Last Submitted File displays the last submitted CSI file.

  3. Select Submit.
