CANS/PSC35 Submission - Cal-PM

The CANS/PSC35 Submission functionality will allow for users to create an export file of CANS and PSC-35 data in the required DHCS format.

Menu Path

 Avatar PM > System Maintenance > Client Maintenance > CANS/PSC35 Submission

The  ‘CANS/PSC35 Submission’ form is added to myAvatar in the following released updates:

  • Avatar Cal-PM 2019 Update 56
  • Avatar Cal-PM 2019 Update 68

CANS/PSC Selection 

The user must select to compile either CANS or PSC-35 data. The files will be generated separately.

Option

Compile

Select ‘Compile’ to compile a set of records for a user-defined date range. Compiles for the same date range can be created.

Print

Select ‘Print’ to select a compile and either print errors found within that compile or print a report detailing the data records included in that compile.

Submit (Create File)

Select ‘Submit (Create File)’ to create either a Review or Final compile. When creating a file, the file will be stored in the output path on server for state reporting files that is defined within ‘Facility Defaults’.

Select File to Print/Submit

Previously created compiles will display in this dropdown. Select a compile to either print related reports or to create ‘Review’ or ‘Final’ compiles.

From Date

This is a required field. Select the start date for the compile. Note: the assessment records are pulling into the compile by the Date of the Assessment, not the data entry date.
