Workflow Setup Section
Define basic workflow information within the Set System Defaults form in myAvatar.
- In the Number Of Days Prior To The Next TP Review To Send A To-Do Item field, enter the number of days before the next treatment plan review date to send a To-Do item.
- In the Number Of Days Prior For Services To Show On To-Do List field, enter the number of days before the next treatment plan review date to have services appear on the To-Do list.
- In the Default Sender field, enter the user's name, click Process Search. Click OK.
The user will be selected by default to be sent To-Do items in treatment plans, for services requiring a progress note. - If appropriate, in the Allow Deletion On Treatment Plan (MH/MR) field, select whether treatment plans with the selected status can be deleted.
- If appropriate, in the 'Report' fields, choose a report that will be associated with the form. These reports replace the default report associated with the form.
- The Treatment Plan (MH) Report determines the report that will be generated in the Treatment Plan (MH) form (for systems with this legacy form).
- The Treatment Plan (MR) Report determines the report that will be generated in the Treatment Plan (MR) form (for systems with this legacy form).
- The Service Default Report determines the report that will be generated when View Detail is selected from a service To Do item.
- The Review/Co-Sign Notes Report determines the report that will be generated when View Detail is selected from a review To Do item such as a draft note or a co-signature To Do.
The reports listed in these fields are comprised of myAvatar core reports as well as any reports added via the Import Reports form.
- If appropriate, in the Progress Note Form field, select the progress note form that will open in place of the default progress note form.
The form is opened in place of the form selected in the Workflow Setup section (Progress Note Form field).
If selected, site specific section modeled forms can display the form when a service associated with workflow is rendered. - In the Progress Note Form field, select the form to associate with the treatment programs.
The default progress note form is available, as well as site specific modeled progress note forms.
The Programs field is enabled. - Select the programs, click Add/Update Progress Note Form.
The forms display in the Progress Note Setup For Resolving To Do Items field. - If appropriate, click Remove Progress Note Form to delete a form from the list.
