Kansas AIMS Setup - Exclude Service from AIMS Compile
A new multi-select field 'Exclude Service from AIMS Compile' is added in the 'Kansas AIMS Setup' form to give the ability to select specific Service Codes that are not valid for ‘flagging’ for selection by the Kansas AIMS Flag Maintenance form and subsequent selection for processing by the Kansas AIMS Compile form.
Value Added: User can now exclude services from KSAIMS Compile
Kansas AIMS Flag Maintenance - Flag Maintenance
A new selection item 'Pre Admit discharges' is added to the 'Data Type' field of the 'Kansas AIMS Flag Maintenance' form so they can be separated from normal Discharges and flagged separately.
Value Added: Flag Maintenance for Pre Admit discharges provides additional functionality.

The 'Client Admission Report (PAS 44N)' has been updated to meet new regulations by:
Adding the following new fields: Transgender, Asian Origin, and Pacific Origin.
Changing field names to 'No. of Criminal Arrest in Prior 30 Days', 'No. of Criminal Arrest in Prior 6 Months', and 'No. of Days incarcerated in Prior 6 Months'.
Removing the following fields from the form: 'NYSID', 'CJ Consent Date', and 'CJ Consent Revoke Date'.
Value Added: Reporting data is updated to meet regulations.
State Forms - NY PAS (445)
The 'Client Discharge Report (PAS 45N)' form has been updated to meet new regulations by adding the following fields: 'Was MAT Offered by this Program During this Treatment Episode?' and 'Was MAT Prescribed by this Program During this Treatment Episode?'.

PROS Compile
The following issues in the PROS compile process are resolved:
1) The issue where services are erroneously passing even though there is no up to date 'IRP' filed is resolved.
2) The issue where items were erroneously passing the '3 Month Review' check is resolved.
3) The issue where Pre-Admission services are showing up on the error report even though a valid 'Pre-Admission' note exists is resolved.
4) The error '[UNDEFINED]ValidPlanRequirements+42^PROSNoteAndPlanCompile *end' is now resolved.
5) The issue where patients with no PROS services for a given compile month would still show up on the error report is resolved.
6) The issue where tier services were passing during compile even though they don't meet the minimum tier threshold is resolved.
