'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' Registry Setting
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Registry Settings (PM)
Scenario 1: Avatar PM Registry Settings - Verification of 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' Registry Setting
Steps
  1. Open 'Registry Settings' form.
  2. Enter search value 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' and click 'View Registry Settings' button.
  3. Ensure Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' is returned (under 'Avatar PM -> Billing' path).
  4. Ensure 'Registry Setting Details' field contains the following explanation text:

"When 'Y' is selected, the following fields will be added:


'TMHP Type Of Service' and 'Line Item Control Number - Positions 5 to 20 (2400-REF)' fields will be added to the 'Service Codes' form.

'Attendant ID' field will be added to the 'Practitioner Enrollment' form.

'TMHP Waiver Skip 2300-REF Segment' field will be added to the 'Guarantors/Payors' form.

'TMHP Waiver Reference Number' field will be added to 'Financial Eligibility', 'Cross Financial Eligibility', and 'Family Financial Eligibility' forms (Guarantor Selection tab).

'Texas TMHP Billing' extended dictionary attribute will be added to the 'Financial Class' dictionary."
