'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' Registry Setting
Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' is added to Avatar State Forms.
Avatar State Forms Registry Setting 'Enable Texas TMHP Billing' will add the following fields to Avatar PM when enabled:
- 'TMHP Type Of Service' and 'Line Item Control Number - Positions 5 to 20 (2400-REF)' fields will be added to the 'Service Codes' form
- 'Attendant ID' field will be added to the 'Practitioner Enrollment' form
- 'TMHP Waiver Skip 2300-REF Segment' field will be added to the 'Guarantors/Payors' form
- 'TMHP Waiver Reference Number' field will be added to 'Financial Eligibility', 'Cross Financial Eligibility', and 'Family Financial Eligibility' forms (Guarantor Selection tab)
- 'Texas TMHP Billing' extended dictionary attribute will be added to the 'Financial Class' dictionary

Product Update Form Description
The following changes are made to the MA Opiates reporting process: 1) The Contract Id sent with A01 messages is now configurable via the 'MA Contract Number' extended dictionary for programs. 2) The ESME-0088 segment for A08 Enrollment messages is no longer sent. 3) The sESME-0072 through ESME-0074 segments for A08 Enrollment messages are no longer sent if the ESME-0071 segment has a value of No. 4) The ESMD-0084 segment for A08 Disenrollment messages is no longer sent. 5) Support is added for the drug Fentanyl for A08 Enrollment messages.
