Product Update Description

The 'Frequency Code Setup' form is modified to prevent the use of HL7 reserved characters in the 'New Frequency Code' and 'Frequency Code Description' fields. These HL7 reserved characters are: pipe (|), ampersand (&), caret (^), tilde (~), and backslash (\).

Frequency Code Setup - Reserved Characters
An issue is resolved to ensure using the reserved characters (&,,^,) in 'Frequency Code Setup' is not allowed and throws an error message as 'Frequency Code Description' cannot contain an ampersand (&), tilde (), caret (^), backslash ()".

Frequency Code Setup - Reserved Characters
Scenario 1: Frequency Code Setup - Editing a frequency code
Specific Setup:
  1. A frequency code with 'Daily Administration' set to "Daily" must exist in the application (Frequency Code A).
  2. A frequency code with 'Daily Administration' set to "Not Daily" must exist in the application (Frequency Code B).
Steps
  1. Access the 'Frequency Code Setup' form.
  2. Select "Add New Code" from the 'Add/Edit Frequency Code' field.
  3. Set the 'New Frequency Code' field to any value that includes any of :

  8. Validate an error message is received after tabbing out of the 'New Frequency Code' field.
  9. Set the 'New Frequency Code' field to any value.
  10. Set the 'Frequency Code Description' field to any value that includes any of :

  15. Validate an error message is received after tabbing out of the 'Frequency Code Description' field.
  16. Set the 'Frequency Code Description' field to any value.
  17. Select "Yes" in the 'Interval Frequency' field.
  18. Enter any value in the 'Every Nth Hour' field and press the 'Tab' key.
  19. Validate the 'Every Nth Minute' field is disabled.
  20. Validate the 'Times/24 Hours' field contains the appropriate value.
  21. Clear the 'Every Nth Hour' field and press the 'Tab' key.
  22. Validate the 'Every Nth Minute' field is enabled.
  23. Validate the 'Times/24 Hours' field is cleared.
  24. Validate the 'Daily Administration' field is set to "Daily"
  25. Make any desired changes.
  26. Click [Submit].
  27. Validate that a message is displayed stating: "Submitting has completed. Do you wish to return to form?" and click [Yes].
  28. Select "Edit Existing Code" in the 'Add/Edit Frequency Code' field.
  29. Search for and select "Frequency Code B" in the 'Existing Frequency Code' field.
  30. Validate the "Not Daily" is selected for the 'Daily Administration' field.
  31. Validate the 'Days Administration' field is enabled.
  32. Make any desired changes and click [Submit].
  33. Validate that a message is displayed stating: "Submitting has completed. Do you wish to return to form?" and click [No].
