Product Update Form Description

The following changes are made: 1) The new registry setting 'Default 'Add To Problem List' to "Yes" on New Diagnosis' is added. 2) The 'Diagnosis' form is modified to populate the 'System Notes' column in the 'Problem List' form. Please note: Avatar CWS 2022 Update #69 is required to use the new functionality. 3) The issue is resolved where the 'Estimated Onset Date' in the 'Diagnosis' form was not being updated in the grid.

The 'Add To Problem List' field can be set to default to 'Yes'.
A Registry Setting 'Default Add To Problem List', when set to "Yes" will default the 'Add to Problem' list field to 'Yes'. In addition, the 'Diagnosis' form is modified to populate the 'System Notes' column in the 'Problem List' form. Please note: Avatar CWS 2022 Update #69 is required to use the new functionality.
Value Added: Added ability to default a value of 'Yes' to the 'Add To Problem List' field on the 'Problem List' form.

The 'Estimated Onset Date' in the 'Diagnosis' form will update in the diagnosis grid.
An issue is resolved to ensure that the 'Estimated Onset Date' in the 'Diagnosis' form will update when changes are filed.

The 'Add To Problem List' field can be set to default to 'Yes'.
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

Scenario 1: Diagnosis - Validate Registry Setting "Default 'Add To Problem List'"
Specific Setup:
  • Avatar 2022 CWS Update 69 is required for full functionality.
  • Avatar 2022 CareFabric Update 54 is required for full functionality.
Steps
  1. Open 'Registry Settings' form.
  2. Set 'Limit Registry Settings to the Following Search Criteria' to 'add to problem list'.
  3. Click [View Registry Settings].
  4. Verify 'Registry Setting' contains 'Avatar PM->Client Information->Diagnosis->->->Default 'Add To Problem List' to "Yes" on New Diagnosis'
  5. Confirm the 'Registry Setting Value' is defaulted to 'Y'. Selecting 'Y' defaults the value for the field 'Add To Problem List' to "Yes" when adding new diagnosis record.
  6. Click [Submit].
  7. Open the 'Diagnosis' form for a test client (Client A).
  8. Set the 'Type Of Diagnosis' to any value.
  9. Set the 'Date Of Diagnosis' to the current date.
  10. Set the 'Time Of Diagnosis' to the current time.
  11. Click [New Row].
  12. Verify the 'Add To Problem List' field is defaulted to 'Yes'.
  13. Click the 'Problem Classification' field.
  14. Verify the values for 'Problem Classification' are displayed. Note that this field can be made required by setting 'Registry Setting' 'Avatar CWS->Problem List->->->->Problem Classification Required' to 'R'. Please see the description in the Registry Setting for more information.
  15. Complete the fields as needed and file the diagnosis.
  16. Return to the 'Registry Settings' form and select "Default 'Add To Problem List'".
  17. Change the setting to 'N'.
  18. Return to the 'Diagnosis' form.
  19. Set the 'Type Of Diagnosis' to any value.
  20. Set the 'Date Of Diagnosis' to the current date.
  21. Set the 'Time Of Diagnosis' to the current time.
  22. Click [New Row].
  23. Verify the 'Add To Problem List' field is not defaulted.
  24. Verify the Click the 'Problem Classification' field is disabled.
  25. Exit the form.

  • One or more diagnoses have been entered in the 'Diagnosis' form for test Client A. The entry includes the 'Estimated Onset Date'.
  • Avatar 2022 CWS Update 69 is required for full functionality.
  • Avatar 2022 CareFabric Update 54 is required for full functionality.
  • Avatar Cal-PM Update 39 is required for full functionality.
Steps
  1. Open 'Diagnosis' form for a test client (Client A).
  2. Select an existing diagnosis record.
  3. Modify the 'Estimated Onset Date' field to any other date.
  4. Click [Submit].
  5. Click 'Yes' on the message 'Do you want to return to Pre-Display?'
  6. Select the modified record from the pre-display.
  7. Verify the modified 'Estimated Onset Date' is populated with the modified date.
  8. Click [Close Form].
