Field 'Substance Abuse Program (Cal-OMS)' in form 'Program Maintenance' is updated to support the identifying of a program as SUD related but not reportable to CalOMS Tx. This is accomplished by adding new choice 'Yes (Not Reportable)' to the 'Substance Abuse Program (Cal-OMS)' dictionary and by changing the description of current choice 'Yes' to 'Yes (Reportable)'. Any SUD related billing logic would still apply to SUD related programs whether reportable or not.

The following issues are resolved: 1) Required field checking is not enforced for fields on the Site Specific Enrollment section of 'Practitioner Enrollment' form. 2) Editing a service in the 'Edit Service Information' form can take longer in a system that has a lot of data in the SYSTEM.RADplus_workflow_to_do table. Additionally, the logic associated with the Principal Diagnosis (2300-HI) segment has been updated to use the Statement Dates (2300-DTP) segment through date when populating applicable diagnosis for discharge claim (Claim Frequency Code 1 or 4).

The following issues are resolved: 1) Filing the 'Update Client Data' form for a patient might result in the 'Subscriber Sex' field being cleared on the 'Financial Eligibility' form. 2) Changing the value of 'Exclude Services If No Treatment Plan' registry setting from "Y" to "P" will not remove the 'Treatment Plan Required?' and 'Number Of Days After Admission That Treatment Plan Is Required' fields on the 'Program Maintenance' form.

"Client Team Assignment" is enhanced as follows: 1) Inactive Teams will no longer display in the 'Team Assignment' drop down lists. 2) When an 'Episode' is removed from a 'Team' or a 'Team' is deleted, the 'team_assignment_code' field is cleared on all associated client admission rows in the 'SYSTEM.admission_data_other' SQL table. Note that Avatar RADplus 2022 Update 58 must also be installed to support this functionality.

The report needs to be run for each facility.

The 'Pregnancy Indicator' section is added to the 'Guarantors/Payors' form to allow users to specify the postpartum period number of days by guarantor and optionally 'Aid Code' for services delivered to pregnant clients. This information is used in conjunction with the pregnancy start and end dates in the 'Women's Health History' form to populate the PAT-09 segment of the 2000B/2000C (Subscriber/Patient) loops in 837 Professional submissions. Additionally, separate 2000B/2000C (Subscriber/Patient) loops are now created for services occurring within the pregnancy date range (including postpartum period, if any) and services occurring outside of the pregnancy date range. Note this functionality is available only when the 'Enable Pregnancy Indicator / Date Of Last Menstrual Period' registry setting is enabled (has the value 'Y').
