Quick Actions - Update Client Data
The following issues have been resolved: 1) In the NX Quick Action 'Update Client Data', the registry setting 'Update Financial Eligibility Data' is respected. 2) In the NX Quick Action 'Update Client Data', the 'State' and 'County' fields display available drop down list options correctly. 3) In the NX Quick Action 'Update Client Data', the 'City' and 'State' fields populate automatically if a 9-digit zip code is entered. 4) In the NX Quick Action 'Update Client Data', changing a client's name may result in incorrect data for the 'Client First Name' and 'Client Last Name' fields.

The following changes are made: 1) Fixed an issue in the form 'Cal-OMS Submission' where data would be pulled from the oldest annual update. 2) Fixed an issue where a 'File Import' for form 'Service Fee/Cross Reference' does not complete and does not get posted. 3) Resolved the issue where 'Date of Birth' and 'Date of Discharge' are undefined when attempting to submit a Cal-OMS Deletion of Discharge.

Product Update Form Description
Field 'Substance Abuse Program (Cal-OMS)' in form 'Program Maintenance' is updated to support the identifying of a program as SUD related but not reportable to CalOMS Tx. This is accomplished by adding new choice 'Yes (Not Reportable)' to the 'Substance Abuse Program (Cal-OMS)' dictionary and by changing the description of current choice 'Yes' to 'Yes (Reportable)'. Any SUD related billing logic would still apply to SUD related programs whether reportable or not.

'Guarantors/Payors' Form 'Treatment Plan Requirements' Fields
The 'Requirement Start Date' and 'Requirement End Date' fields are added to the Avatar Cal-PM 'Guarantors/Payors' form 'Treatment Plan Requirements' section.
The 'Requirement Start Date' and 'Requirement End Date' fields in the Avatar Cal-PM 'Guarantors/Payors' form 'Treatment Plan Requirements' section may be used to limit the date range for which Electronic Billing requires a Treatment Plan for services to be billed (in conjunction with other 'Treatment Plan Requirements' fields and according to the 'Exclude Services If No Treatment Plan' Registry Setting).

Product Update Form Description
