Progress Notes (Group and Individual) is modified to blank out the multiple session times fields when the 'Progress Note For' field is changed to 'Independent Note'.

An issue is resolved to ensure that when a progress note is changed from 'New Service' to 'Independent Note', the 'Service Duration' as well as the multiple session times fields are blanked out and disabled.

Value Added: Prevent multiple session times from being populated on a note which is changed to 'Independent Note'.
