Significant Findings
The following changes to the 'Significant Findings' form are made:
1) An enhancement to display the 'Observation Abnormal Flag Value' in the details section for laboratory results.
2) An enhancement to auto select 'Yes' for the 'Critical Findings' field for both laboratory and microbiology results if a newly introduced extended attribute 'Critical Findings' is set to 'Yes' for the given 'Observation Abnormal Flag Code'.
Value Added: Significant Findings with abnormal results will automatically set the 'Critical Finding' field to "Yes"

Avatar CWS - Multi Lab Tests
Avatar CWS is enhanced to support receiving laboratory results where multiple tests were transmitted to a laboratory vendor under a single transaction/requisition. Note: This feature requires Avatar CareFabric 2022 Update 64, Avatar OE 2022 Update 71 and must be enabled via the new registry setting 'Enable Order Message Queue and Multi-Test Lab Orders'.

Avatar CWS - Allergen/Reactant Code Setup - Treat as Allergy Type
The 'Allergen/Reactant Code Setup' form is enhanced to support a new 'Treat as Allergy Type' field. When defined, the 'Treat as Allergy Type' field will be used in preference over the defined 'Allergy Type' field when recording allergies on the 'Allergy and Hypersensitivities' form. The columns 'allergy_type_code' and 'allergy_type_value' in the 'SYSTEM.cw_hist_client_allergies' table also reflect the 'Treat as Allergy Type' attribute of the 'Allergen Code', when defined.
Value Added: In some instances, i.e. with pork and eggs, where an allergen can be classified multiple ways, the user is now able to select how it should be treated in the 'Allergen/Reactant Code setup' form.

Progress Notes modified to add additional 'Product Custom Logic' fields for use in calculating duration.
Twenty nine new entries are added to the 'Product Custom Logic Definition' prompt in 'Site Specific Section Modeling' for 'SS Note Integer' fields on all 'Progress Notes' forms. These additional fields can be used to calculate a total duration for the note.
Value Added: Enhanced ability to calculate total duration within Progress Notes forms.

POC Results Entry - cw_vital_signs
The following issues are resolve to ensure the following:
1) Rows added to the 'SYSTEM.cw_vital_signs' table when filing the 'POC Results Entry' form will not contain the value "CWS" in the 'data_entry_source' column.
2) Rows added to the 'SYSTEM.cw_vital_signs' table when filing from the Avatar eMAR 'Additional Data (Administration)' tab and/or 'Additional Data (Result)' tab will not contain the value "eMAR" in the 'data_entry_source' column.

An issue is resolved to ensure the Rows added to the 'SYSTEM.cw_vital_signs' table when filing from the Avatar eMAR 'Additional Data (Administration)' tab and/or 'Additional Data (Result)' tab will not contain a value with milliseconds in the 'admin_time_actual_h' column.

An issue has been resolved whereas several allergy-related messages that might display in the client banner are adjusted as follows: "No Known Allergies" and "No Known Medication or Food Allergies" are changed to "No Known Med or Food Allergies", and "No Known Medication Allergies" is changed to "No Known Med Allergies".
