    The following changes to the 'Significant Findings' form are made: 1) An enhancement to display the 'Observation Abnormal Flag Value' in the details section for laboratory results. 2) An enhancement to auto select 'Yes' for the 'Critical Findings' field for both laboratory and microbiology results if a newly introduced extended attribute 'Critical Findings' is set to 'Yes' for the given 'Observation Abnormal Flag Code'.

The following issues are resolved: 1) The issue that may occur in the 'Vitals Entry' form when printing the Report where the 'Comments' entry associated to refused vitals is printing when the selecting "No" to the 'Display Refused Vitals' prompt. 2) The issue that may occur in 'Progress Notes' forms where the 'Note Addresses Which Existing Service/Appointment' and 'Select Draft Note To Edit' fields do not sort existing services or notes to edit in ascending order. 3) The 'Progress Notes' file process for 'Existing Appointment' and 'Existing Service' notes is updated to reduce excessive form locking.

    The 'Allergen/Reactant Code Setup' form is enhanced to support a new 'Treat as Allergy Type' field. When defined, the 'Treat as Allergy Type' field will be used in preference over the defined 'Allergy Type' field when recording allergies on the 'Allergy and Hypersensitivities' form. The columns 'allergy_type_code' and 'allergy_type_value' in the 'SYSTEM.cw_hist_client_allergies' table also reflect the 'Treat as Allergy Type' attribute of the 'Allergen Code', when defined.

    An issue has been resolved whereas several allergy-related messages that might display in the client banner are adjusted as follows: "No Known Allergies" and "No Known Medication or Food Allergies" are changed to "No Known Med or Food Allergies", and "No Known Medication Allergies" is changed to "No Known Med Allergies".

The 'Allergen/Reactant Code Setup' form is enhanced to support a new 'Treat as Allergy Type' field. When defined, the 'Treat as Allergy Type' field will be used in preference over the defined 'Allergy Type' field when recording allergies on the 'Allergy and Hypersensitivities' form. The columns 'allergy_type_code' and 'allergy_type_value' in the 'SYSTEM.cw_hist_client_allergies' table also reflect the 'Treat as Allergy Type' attribute of the 'Allergen Code', when defined. Additionally, several allergy-related messages that might display in the client banner are adjusted as follows: "No Known Allergies" and "No Known Medication or Food Allergies" are changed to "No Known Med or Food Allergies", and "No Known Medication Allergies" is changed to "No Known Med Allergies". In addition, an issue is resolved where the error "[PARAMETER]KnownFoodAllergy^CWSCRAllergies1" might occur when using the Task List.
