Results Header - Result Interpreter Name
The 'result_interpreter_name' field in the 'SYSTEM.results_header' table are changed to add prefix, suffix, and credentials (when available).

POC Results Entry - Results Detail
The 'POC Results Entry' form is enhanced to file 'peform_org_med_dir_all' to the 'SYSTEM.results_detail' table if the fields 'Medical Director' and/or 'Credentials' are defined in the 'POC Results Entry Configuration' form.
Value Added: The new feature allows users to be more detailed on keeping track of POC results filing.

An issue that may occur in 'Progress Notes Group and Individual' has been resolved where users are incorrectly prompted with the "We are sorry, an error condition has been encountered that requires this form to be closed" message when individualizing default group notes from the 'Select Group Note To Edit' list.
