The following issues are resolved: 1) An issue that may prevent signature data from being displayed in the 'cw_tx_pn_sign_data' SQL view when viewed from the CDR.     An error is resolved to ensure that when importing a 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form which previously had a default value defined for the 'Location' field, no error will display.
  • Progress Notes web services will validate numeric fields.
    An issue that may occur when submitting the Progress Notes Web Service that may prevent numeric fields from being validated correctly.
  • Client Authorizations will validate when a practitioner is modified.
    An issue is resolved to ensure that the client authorizations are correctly validated when the 'Practitioner' field is modified in Ambulatory and Inpatient 'Progress Notes' forms

  • Prevent Group Appointment Notes from deletion.
    A change in workflow will prevent the deletion of a posted group appointment's individual service in the 'Progress Note Corrections' form.
    Help text is added to the 'Delete Service' field which states: 'Services generated by Group Appointments cannot be deleted during the progress note correction process. The 'Edit Service Information' and 'Delete Service' forms may be used to modify or delete Group Appointment services.'
