Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

Scenario 1: File Import: Site Registration Site hours
Specific Setup:
  • File Import:
  • The 'Site Registration Site Hours' file type is added to the File Import.
  • Create an import file to add Site Hours details to a valid Site. 'File A'.
  • Create an import file to edit Site Hours details to a valid Site. 'File B'.
Steps
  1. Open the "File Import" form.
  2. Select "Site Registration Site Hours" in the 'File Type' field.
  3. Select "Upload New File" in the 'Action' field.
  4. Click [Process Action].
  5. Select "File A".
  6. Select "Compile/Validate File" in the 'Action' field.
  7. Select "File A" in the 'Files(s)' field.
  8. Click [Process Action].
  9. Validate an Information message is displayed stating: Compiled
  10. Click [OK].
  11. Select "Print File" in the 'Action' field.
  12. Select "File A" in the 'Files(s)' field.
  13. Click [Process Action].
  14. Validate the Report Viewer displays the contents of the file.
  15. Click [Close Report].
  16. Select "Post File" in the 'Action' field.
  17. Click [Process Action].
  18. Select "File A".
  19. Validate an Information message is displayed stating: Posted.
  20. Click [OK].
  21. Close the form.
  22. Open the "Site Registration" form.
  23. Enter the site from "File A"
  24. Select the site
  25. Click on 'Site Hours of Operation'.
  26. Validate the form is filed with the data based on the uploaded file.
  27. Close the form.
  28. Repeat Steps 1 - 27 for editing, changing the import file to "File B".
  29. Validate the values in the form are edited.
  30. Close the form.

  • Create an import file to add Holiday details to the valid Site. 'File A'.
  • Create an import file to edit Holiday details to the valid Site. 'File B'.
Steps
  1. Open the "File Import" form.
  2. Select "Site Registration Site Holidays" in the 'File Type' field.
  3. Select "Upload New File" in the 'Action' field.
  4. Click [Process Action].
  5. Select "File A".
  6. Select "Compile/Validate File" in the 'Action' field.
  7. Select "File A" in the Files(s) field.
  8. Click [Process Action].
  9. Validate an Information message is displayed stating: Compiled
  10. Click [OK].
  11. Select "Print File" in the 'Action' field.
  12. Select "File A" in the Files(s) field.
  13. Click [Process Action].
