About myAvatar Signature
myAvatar Signature provides the ability to capture signatures within myAvatar user-defined forms. You can add signature data elements to the user-defined form through the Table Definition form. The signature pad is used to input the signature into the data element.
Some product options can have signature fields added through Site Specific Section Modeling. For example: Treatment Plan and Progress Note forms.
On the larger 4X3 displays, the user can add a message (limit four lines) that displays in the Signature Screen as well as the Signature Pad.
The myAvatar Signature Module can be utilized by any application running RADplus version 2006 or higher.
Tables
Signature data is captured in the form of .jpg images. For CWS product Treatment Plans and Progress Notes, the signature images are saved in the SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data table.
For modeled forms, create a Binary Storage Table in the Table Definition form. The binary tables are listed under System Views in Crystal Reports.
