Authorization Request Status

Details

Use this report to track the status of service authorizations entered in Avatar MSO and ProviderConnect.

Contracting providers can view authorizations for the agency associated with the user.

1. In the Main Menu, click Reports.
2. Click Authorization Request Status.
3. In the Search Criteria screen, enter the client's ID and last name.
4. Enter the record date range.
5. Select the agency associated with the service authorization.
6. Select the authorization status.
7. Click Search By Criteria.

• The Authorization Request Status report screen displays. Click a member ID to navigate to that client's demographic screen.
  If no selections are made the report displays all service authorization requests.
