Authorization Request Status Report

Track the status of service authorizations entered in Avatar MSO and Avatar ProviderConnect.

  1. In the ProviderConnect main menu, click Reports.

  2. Click Authorization Request Status.

  3. In the Search Criteria screen, enter the client's ID, last name, record date.

  4. Select the authorization status.

  5. Click Search By Criteria.

  • To display all service authorizations for the client, enter no data and click Search By Criteria.
