Audit Log Report 2
Generate a report that details information traffic sent from ProviderConnect to Avatar MSO.
Steps

In the Main Menu click Reports.

Click Audit Log Report.
- The Audit Log Report screen displays.

Select the report status.

Enter the client ID.

Select the record type.

Enter the report date range.

If no selections are made the report displays all transmission information.

Click Generate Report.
- The Audit Log Report Results screen displays.
Note: If a transmission was not successful (Status column displays 'Errored'), click Resubmit to resend the file.
