Audit Log Report

Generate a report that details information traffic between ProviderConnect and Avatar MSO.

1. In the Main Menu, click Reports.
2. Click Audit Log Report.
   Click ProviderConnect > MSO (Outgoing)
   View information traffic from ProviderConnect to Avatar MSO.
3. Select the report status.
4. Select the agency.
5. Enter the client ID.
6. Select the record type.
7. Enter the report date range.
8. Click Generate Report.

Note:  If a transmission was not successful (Status column displays "Errored"), click Resubmit to resend the file.
Click MSO > ProviderConnect (Incoming)
View information traffic from Avatar MSO to ProviderConnect.

9. Select the record type and report status.
10. Select the agency.
11. Enter the client ID.
12. Enter text to search.
13. Enter the report date range.
14. Click Generate Report.
    If no selections are made the report displays all information for either transaction type.
