Discharges By Program, Diagnosis, Gender - PM

Generate a discharge report sorted by program, diagnosis, and gender.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Census Management Reports.
  2. In the Include Discharges Starting On field, enter the report start date.
  3. In the Include Discharges Through field, enter the report end date.
  4. In the Select Programs To Be Included field, select the treatment programs to include in the report.
  5. Select Process.

The report displays information entered in the Pre Admit Discharge, Discharge, and Diagnosis forms.
