Report Definition

The Report Definition form is used to add a Crystal Report to myAvatar and:

  • Define a new report form.
  • Import a Crystal Report in the report form (Crystal Reports saved without data can be used with this form).
  • Select pre-defined parameters for customized report outputs.
  • Define single and multiple value SQL queries to include in the report.
  • Associate the report with modeled envelopes — the report and parameter screens are included when the envelope is exported or imported.
  • If a report built from this form contains a client lookup, entering that report when there is an active client makes the client default in the client lookup parameter prompt.
  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > Reports > Report Definition.
  2. Enter the form name in the Report Name/ID# field, click Process Form Name/ID#.

When a report is eligible for export, it is available for export whether or not the envelope can be exported.
    • No is selected if:
A report is associated with a modeling envelope (and the report is not eligible for export), the envelope is not eligible for export, or if the report definition is changed (and the report cannot be exported).
