Report of All Account Balances
Generate a report of the client account total balances and total hold amounts for all clients.

- The report can be set to include only those accounts with a balance, or those accounts with a zero balance as well.
- If accounts with zero balances are included, both open and closed accounts will appear in the report.
- The client's registration status is also included in the report.
- In the Date field, enter the effective date for the account balance report.
- In the Include Zero Balances field:
- Select Yes to include the accounts with zero balance. The report will include closed accounts if Yes is selected.
- Select No to only include accounts with a positive balance.
- In the Only Include Clients Currently Active In Selected Programs field:
- Select Yes to limit the report data to only active clients.
- Select No to include all clients.
- In the Programs field, select which programs to include in the report.
- Click Process.
This report contains the report effective date in the header in addition to the following information:
- Client Name
- Account Number
- Status - Current client registration status as determined by the parent program (PM or HSIS) where P=Pre-admit, A=Active, D=Discharge
- Balance - Account total balance
- Holds - Current amount of funds on hard or soft hold
