Report of All Account Balances

Generate a report of the client account total balances and total hold amounts for all clients.

  • The report can be set to include only those accounts with a balance, or those accounts with a zero balance as well.
  • If accounts with zero balances are included, both open and closed accounts will appear in the report.
  • The client's registration status is also included in the report.
  1. In the Date field, enter the effective date for the account balance report.
  2. In the Include Zero Balances field:
    • Select Yes to include the accounts with zero balance. The report will include closed accounts if Yes is selected.
    • Select No to only include accounts with a positive balance.
  3. In the Only Include Clients Currently Active In Selected Programs field:
    • Select Yes to limit the report data to only active clients.
    • Select No to include all clients.
  4. In the Programs field, select which programs to include in the report.
  5. Click Process.
    This report contains the report effective date in the header in addition to the following information:
  • Client Name
  • Account Number
  • Status - Current client registration status as determined by the parent program (PM or HSIS) where P=Pre-admit, A=Active, D=Discharge
  • Balance - Account total balance
  • Holds - Current amount of funds on hard or soft hold
