Report of Exceeded Max Balances
If you need to see which client accounts have exceeded the Account Maximum Balance you can use the CFMS Report of Exceeded Max Balances.
Note: The Maximum balance is set in the Account Registration form.
- Go to: Avatar CFMS > Banking Reports > Report of Exceeded Max Balances
- In the Individual or All Clients field:
- Select All Clients to generate a report on all of the client accounts.
- Select Individual Client to generate a report on a single client account.
- In the Client ID field, enter a client name or ID number. Select a client from the list.
- Click Process.
The report contains the following information:
- Client Name
- Account Number
- Account Maximum Balance
- Account Balance
- Hard Hold Balance
- Amount Over Maximum
- Accounting Period Status
