Report of Exceeded Max Balances

If you need to see which client accounts have exceeded the Account Maximum Balance you can use the CFMS Report of Exceeded Max Balances.
Note: The Maximum balance is set in the Account Registration form.

  1. Go to: Avatar CFMS > Banking Reports > Report of Exceeded Max Balances
  2. In the Individual or All Clients field:
  • Select All Clients to generate a report on all of the client accounts.
  • Select Individual Client to generate a report on a single client account.
  1. In the Client ID field, enter a client name or ID number. Select a client from the list.
  2. Click Process.
    The report contains the following information:
  • Client Name
  • Account Number
  • Account Maximum Balance
  • Account Balance
  • Hard Hold Balance
  • Amount Over Maximum
  • Accounting Period Status
