Pre Admit - Clinical Summary Section - PM

Enter a summary of the client's problems and medical status into the Pre-Admit form. 

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Episode Management > Pre-Admit.
  2. Fill in the following fields as appropriate:
  • Pre-Admission Presenting Psychiatric Problems
  • Current Psychiatric Medications
  • Current Other Medications
  • Pre-Admission Medical Problems
  • Previous Hospitalization Subs Abuse - Select Yes if the client had a previous substance abuse hospitalization.
  • Drugs Of Choice
  1. Select Submit.
