Pre Admit - Additional Details Section - Cal-PM

Enter additional information pertaining to a pre-admission in the Pre-Admit form.


  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Episode Management > Pre-Admit.
  2. In the Client Needs (Program Criteria) field, select the programs the client needs.
  3. In the Potential Client Issue Warning field, enter any potential warnings relevant to the client.
  4. Select the Check Current Staff Caseloads button to review the staff's existing caseloads.
