Enter diagnosis code information for the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development.

  1. In the OSHPD Diagnosis Code(s) Table, click Add.
  2. In the Diagnosis Code field, click the Search button and select the corresponding entry.
  3. In the Diagnosis Code Present At Admission field, select the admission status for the diagnosis code.
