View Appointments
Appointments scheduled through myAvatar can be viewed in both the Provider Portal and the Consumer Portal of myHealthPointe.
Prerequisites:
- Appointments have been scheduled using the Scheduling Calendar in myAvatar.
- The Check In, Check Out workflow in myAvatar is one of two ways to have visits transfer over to myHealthPointe as encounters.
- Submitting a Progress Note connected to an existing appointment is the other way to transfer visits in myAvatar to myHealthPointe as encounters. This requires the Existing Appointment selection to be checked as well as the relevant appointment selected in the Note Address Which Existing Service/Appointment box.
Note: The information displaying under Patient Appointments in myHealthPointe is pulled from myAvatar. Updating the form in myAvatar will update the fields in myHealthPointe.
