eMAR NX presents hour-by-hour and daily views of medication orders. This is similar to how Task List displays tasks for non-medication orders. Each day/hour is represented by a column, and each row represents a medication order. Each row in the hourly view has action buttons for each scheduled dose. Each row in the daily view shows the administration history for previous days.
For PRN orders and other unscheduled doses, the Dose buttons appear in the Overdue/Unscheduled column. Medication orders display for the selected client and are sorted according to:
- STAT/NOW
- Scheduled/Routine
- PRN
- Expired
- Discontinued
