The following features appear with every form in the STD module except the dashboard.

Header - View the patient's identifying information, including the date of birth, gender, episode number, encounter number, and visit date. A red triangle ![]()
indicates an alert, such as a warning about the patient's allergies.

Shortcuts - From left to right, click an icon to: open the dashboard ![]()

Menu - Follow the standard workflow as depicted on the menu.

Comments - Enter comments about the current encounter. These comments can be viewed during later encounters.
