Symptoms - STD module

In the STD module, the Symptoms form is where you document the patient's symptoms and indicate if there are signs of syphilis or neurological impairment.

On the main menu click Symptoms.

Document symptoms

  1. In the Symptoms panel, select Yes for each symptom that applies to the patient. In each text box that appears, enter additional information as needed.
  2. In the Syphilis panel, provide the following information.
    1. For the Skin items, select Yes for each one that applies to the patient. In each text box that appears, enter additional information as needed.
    2. For the Neuro items, select Yes for each one that applies to the patient. In each text box that appears, enter additional information as needed.
  3. On the toolbar above the menu, click the Save icon  .
