PI Appointment Records Overview

Performance indicator (PI) appointment records are used to calculate Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) mental health and substance abuse performance indicator results.

Details

  • PI data covers client treatment in substance abuse treatment programs.

  • PI appointment record data is sent to Avatar MSO. Appointment records can be entered in ProviderConnect or in Avatar MSO. Appointment records entered in Avatar MSO are sent to ProviderConnect.

  • Appointment records can be created and edited by the contracting provider associated with the client and agency.
