NRI Diagnosis Section - PM

Specify a principal diagnosis and up to 17 other diagnoses to be used for NRI Core Measures reporting in the Diagnosis and Working Diagnosis forms.

• The selections for the Diagnosis fields are the ones entered in the Diagnosis section of this form.

Prerequisites:

• The Enable NRI Diagnosis Section registry setting must be enabled to display the NRI Diagnosis section.

1. In the NRI Diagnosis Date field, enter the diagnosis date.
2. In the Diagnosis - Principal field, select the principal diagnosis.
3. In the Diagnosis-1 through Diagnosis-17 fields, select additional diagnoses as appropriate.
4. Select Submit.
