'Y' enables the NRI Diagnosis section in the Diagnosis and Working Diagnosis forms.

This section allows a principal diagnosis, and up to 17 diagnoses for NRI core measures reporting.

Diagnoses entered on the Diagnosis section of these forms can be selected in these fields.

'N' disables this tab in the above forms.
