Taper/Titration
On the Home Medications tab in Order Entry Console, you can elect to do a taper or titration for an order "on the fly" rather than a single dose. Select Taper/Titrate, then define a series of taper or titration steps.
After adding the series of taper/titration steps to the Scratchpad, you see individual orders with varying offsets.
Note: The individual taper/titration steps are not managed together. Changing the details in one order or deleting an order does not automatically update or change the details of the other taper/titration steps. Additional instructions are added to each order indicating the step of the taper/titration.
