Observer - myAvatar

Five new forms have been added to myAvatar CWS under Product Assessments to create and manage the user caseloads that display in the iOS Observer app. These forms also provide the functionality to record and view patient observations. 
These forms are:

• Manage Observer Caseload
• Transfer Caseload
• Clear All Caseloads
• Client Observation Details

The Observer app leverages myAvatar dictionaries for certain option lists used within the app. 
These user-defined dictionaries are:

• CWS 28103 – Behavior
• CWS 28105 – Location
• CWS 28108 – Activity
• CWS 28009 - Reason for Precautions
  • Seven values are pre-configured. These can be changed or updated.
• CWS TABLE 26008 - Observer Reason for Transfer
  • It is optional to include/require a transfer reason within the iOS Observer app.

• The observation duration is defaulted to 15 minutes but can be configured to 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. 

• Users must be set up in myAvatar to have access to the Vitals and Observations forms and use the iOS apps.
