Manage Observer Caseload

This feature allows you to assign and transfer caseloads for the associated health technicians.

Add/Remove a Client From a Caseload

  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Assessments > Product Assessments > Manage Observer Caseload
  2. In the Select User field, select a user to view their caseload.
  3. The Current Caseload field displays all clients currently in the caseload.
  4. In the Add or Remove Client From Caseload field:
  • Select Add to include a new client onto the caseload.
  • Select Remove to exclude an existing client from the caseload.
  1. In the Unit field, select the unit.
  2. In the Select Clients field, select all applicable clients.
    or
    In the Client field, enter the name or ID of the desired client.
  3. Click Update Caseload to process the changes.

​Transfer Caseload

Transfer a caseload from one use to another.

  1. In the Transfer Caseload From field, select the user who will relinquish the caseload.
  2. In the Transfer Caseload To field, select the user who will receive the caseload.
  3. In the Select Clients field, select which clients in the caseload should move to the other user's caseload.
  4. Click Transfer Caseload.

​Clear all Caseloads

Clear all observer caseloads for all staff members

  1. Click Clear All CaseloadsA confirmation message displays.
  2. Click Ok to remove all observation caseloads for all users.
