Observation Details

The myAvatar Observation Details screen is an alternative option to the iPad to enter the observation data. It can also be used by clinicians to review a patient's observations.

1. In the Client Observation table, click Add.
2. In the Time field, enter the time of the observation record.
3. In the Observer field, enter the user associated with the client observation.
4. In the Behavior field, select the client behavior.
5. In the Other Behavior field, enter any other client behavior.
6. In the Location field, select the location.
7. In the Other Location field, enter any other location.
8. In the Activity field, select the client activity.
9. In the Observation Notes enter notes associated with the observation.
